You will meet with us five times prior to your wedding day: Initial meeting - Let us get to know you and your love story, we want to fully understand the vision you have for your wedding, so we can bring it to life! At this meeting, we will also discuss your logistical needs and your planning status thus far. Design board & floorplan meeting - At this meeting we will run through our list of design details, everything from ceremony aisle decor, to table number displays, to guest books, to linens. We will also discuss your seating plans and room layouts for the ceremony and reception sites. Month out meeting (approximately 30 days prior to wedding day) - Together we will review changes and additional contracts that you have signed since our initial meeting.  Home stretch meeting - We will finalize ceremony and reception decor and layouts and review the rough draft timeline to ensure a thorough understanding of rehearsal and wedding day plans.  Final details meeting (typically at rehearsal or a few days prior to wedding day) - Review timeline and all details, after this meeting we will completely take over the reins so you and your family can enjoy the entire wedding weekend. At this meeting, we will collect items to be setup on your wedding day (card/gift table decor, programs, escort cards, cake server, favors, etc). Your dedicated planner will:  Be available to communicate with you, via phone, text, and email throughout the entire planning process (unlimited). Offer venue and vendor recommendations and contacts (unlimited). Create a personalized wedding checklist to share with the bride (if computer savvy, this can be a synced online checklist that the planner and couple can view and update together). Provide, manage, and analyze your budget. A budget planning spreadsheet will be made and will updated throughout the planning process to keep you on budget. Be available to purchase wedding decor and traditional accessories (bridal party gifts, guest book, ring bearer pillows, flower girl basket, toasting champagne flutes, cake server, favors, grand exit items etc). Assist with cake and menu selection.  Negotiate and book room blocks and transportation from blocked hotels to wedding and back to the hotel at the end of the event.  Coordinate all venue and vendor meetings. Planner is available to attend as many meetings as desired. Connect with all contracted vendors to ensure all details are accounted for and finalized. Create and disperse itinerary and timelines for the wedding day to bridal party and all vendors. Coordinate and lead the wedding rehearsal.
